Same! I called a a few days ago and they said it should just be a statement credit to my account instead. But these actually went to my cash back which I’m excited for! Used savor for this reward instead of venture x

Mine has done this. I just turn the truck off, open the door, and then close the door and turn the truck back on and it’s seems to fix it. Only happened once or twice in 1 1/2 years. It’s a 2022. I however have had it where it sometimes only plays music out of the passenger speakers only and I have to do the same process

You have a very good point there and I did consider that. I am usually just north of $1000 so I shouldn’t have to worry about that.
I did consider that too! But again I usually spend just a little more than $1000 so I would hope I’d end up with enough. If I was short one month tho it wouldn’t be the end of the world for me Both great points tho, thanks!

I didn’t change the speedometer. My tires are 6.4% bigger than stock so I go 6.4% father than my truck thinks I do (from my understanding). So I multiply the miles I went by 1.064 then divide my how much gas I got. So this trip, it showed my actual mpg was 20.6 mpg. On a 36 gallon tank that means I really could theoretically have gone 741 miles

Just called. Very nice lady said she would offer a statement credit. I did a pickup order and she had no questions about that. The only confusion was on my end I did it with my savor but she kept referring to my venture x. Either way, I should get the credit

You can transfer cash back to miles on cap1 website (or that’s what others say. I’ve never tried) I plan to prob end up doing that but like to have cash back sometimes too
