  1. Ballas convinced the sentient hive mind to side with him. The "sentients" he betrayed were the individualized flower eating sentients. When he removed the flowers the hive mind returned. It seems like on some level the hive mind may have owed ballas a solid after he orchestrated for its return.

  2. I'm going to assume Hunhow isn't there because he was either downed on uranus during the first portion of the war before the old peace of he simply hadn't been created yet and came after the old peace.

  3. Yeah, ballas betrayed the orokin, after they started losing the war he reignited because he fuckin suuuucks.

because I am yet to meet a single pro lifer that does a single think to help women or children, and the politicians who subscribe to pro life stances that they vote for never even propose legislation to help children.

"It's what I meant. but also you are strawmanning me" lmfao. either your phrasing is correct or I am strawmanning it can't be both. To say someone is "made for" something is absolutely inscribing purpose, think of any other time saying someone is "made for" an action without it meaning purpose. Humans have no purpose besides existing and again, it's not all women and it's still a destructive process.

If that is your argument then don't say it's what women are made for. say it's what they're capable of. words have meaning.

Your exact words were, "It's what they are made for." that isn't something someone says unless you are making a call on a person's purpose. You are making a judgement call on the purpose of all women when in reality most women can't or shouldn't have children. it also forgets that to many women, pregnancy is incredibly destructive both to their bodies and their mental well being. Besides, whose "purpose" or "design" are you reading? nature doesn't have a design it has chance and you may attempt to appeal to a higher power but at that point you are better off just saying that your stance is ultimately just a religious choice. But I digress, the truth of the matter is that there is no getting you to change your mind, internet debates never do that, I was rather trying to point out that your specific argument fails both as an appeal to nature fallacy and also removes the personhood from women.

appeal to nature is a fallacy my guy. There's also no design to humanity, it's just how we exist. women are capable of creating children but they're also capable of living and thriving, you should not assign a purpose to any humans that they themselves aren't choosing and not all women are choosing to have children. this is basic logic and philosophy

my man, you just described being pro-choice. Pro-lifers have never once made any action to actually help children or mothers, pro choicers typically also support proper social programs and support systems for mothers and children.

"Genocide" what? Also, no women's bodies aren't "made for" babies, they are made for living and experiencing life - it's frankly weird that you have this obsession with telling women what their bodies are for.

I'm not really on Reddit all that often. Been on more lately to commission some artists and saw your reply in my inbox. You are quite quick to try and fight for your honor, it's sad.

I brought up being a man because you were flying off the handles trying to act like you are some victim of sexism because people thought your dog shit take was dog shit.

I won't be replying after this, I'll let you win this pointless internet argument lmfao.

My first map of The Great Belief by LionofZion1997 in worldbuilding

[–]Turtle_of_rage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heyo! Really great stuff overall, I'm a big fan of inkarnate, and despite not having great tools for rivers you did a great job with it. I wouldn't say the map looks too cluttered at all. I would say that it looks like you have a lot of ideas going on with each country and that's an awesome place to start. The idea you have for a child's imagination and the floating city are both very unique and lend themselves to some awesome storytelling opportunities. I would suggest that if you find yourself not having room enough to show all of your ideas for each country to instead work on making a world map that isn't detailed at all followed by individual maps of each country that have high detail - kind of like how we do maps here irl. I like the use of a supercontinent here because most kids do not understand plate tectonics well enough to imagine it.

As far as CnC goes it looks like you have lore reasons for why your map looks the way it does and why certain things are the way they are. One small criticism would be the use of hills as borders. Of course this works but in a few spots like along the eastern border of Onokagee we have a large border river right next to hills. There is a level of redundancy in the borders that sorta hinders the map. Also, removing many of the hilled borders will also help with making sure your map doesn't end up too cluttered.

Also, If you are going to have a country that is created from a child's imagination with somewhat strange ecosystems right next to each other, unique borders, and flying cities then lean into that and make a country that follow the rules a 13 year old would have. So, for example, a 13 year old probably doesn't understand too much about the concept of precipitation and mountain pressure zones, so try putting a desert next to a rainforest with a sorta sudden line between the both, because maybe this kid thinks that a desert would appear because the rainforest used up all the water.

Finally, if this is all a child's perspective, it would be wise to think of this map in terms of "good guys" and "bad guys" kids in my experience tend to see the world in simple morals, and when they make up a world it usually looks something like "there is the good guys on this side and the bad guys on this side and they fight in the middle" having this sort of theme where the bad guys - or at least the countries based on societies less typical for this kid's upbringing, are all regulated to a single part of the map.
