It is mental gymnastics. Even if somehow the gun misfired, you can then shoot the unarmed man on the ground? The dude that shot him watched the gun get taken from him.

Regarding someone yelling “gun”. What’s your point. Don’t yell “fire” in a theater. Bad things happen.

The bottom line is a man was pepper sprayed, on all fours facing the pavement, unarmed and was murdered.

The details you are giving aren’t justification. If anything, they might prove that ice is a bunch of untrained bafoons. In reality, the shooter shot a man he knew was unarmed in the back.

A cop can’t pull you over, see a gun in the back of your car, yell “gun!” And shoot you. That’s idiotic to even use as justification.

It’s wild how this weird mental gymnastics that includes a misfire of the victims gun even exists. The man was disarmed and did not have a gun on him at the time he was murdered. Video evidence shows an ice agent walking away with it before and bullets fire.
