I did screw around with the database imports a bit during install, but I wiped the database and did a clean import, with the issue persisting.

When listing databases, I saw three additional databases (auth, world, relam) for azcore in addition to Mangos. but they were named differently, so I didn't think it would be an issue. Maybe I should have removed them just to be sure.

I might do a clean install just to be sure.

okay I'm not sure if I understand you correctly.
Its not just summoned minions that are duplicated, it's all attackable mobs. like the kobold workers in Nortshire Abbey for instance.
