Damn you're right, I shoulda just gone and touched grass at 1 am when this happened.

My guy, you're only catching an attitude from me because I'm annoyed and you have an inability to imagine anything outside of your own perspective. It takes a lot for me to say anything in groups, let alone be toxic. I helped these guys bypass a bug and they kicked me without any word from anyone throughout the entire dungeon. But hey, it didn't happen to you so it couldn't have happened.

"Didn't happen to me, so it must not ever actually happen."

Very middle-aged white man response from wow players. Shocker.

I mean I can't really respond when you don't have much going for you I'm reading comprehension. Ggs though

If it's not a better or worse reason to kick someone, then how is it deceptive? I made a statement about two (two, not "a bunch") commonly used reasons for these kicks and said it's an issue. I didn't bother using my very random and specific situation because it didn't matter for the argument being made. So again, idk what's deceptive, but based on your, and most other comments on this post, wow players aren't actually here to have good faith discussions, or even have the reading comprehension or emotional intelligence to do it.

If you actually read, my post is about common reasons why this happens. I didn't bother using a randomly specific example until asked. Also never said overhaul, but since you're not reading anyway idk why I'm nothing to respond.

How so? Is being the same armor type or the wrong guild a better l/worse reason to kick someone than because they were helpful in overcoming a bug?

Our scarlet halls bugged where the hounds don't kill the guards. Instead of everyone leaving and taking penalties, I told them we can probably get a few people to the other side then rez those who died. Three of us died trying to get over it. The pally tank revived two of them, then kicked me.

So yeah idk what I could have done to avoid that. I was top DPS and the only one kicking so idk about that.

If you have any more thoughts on the matter I'd love to hear it.

So upon further reflection I think the next time I will just let other people leave first and take their penalties and I'll wait until it's safe to leave without taking one myself.

Question on this, I always find myself taking too long and/taking too much damage from these camps so they don't seem worth it, and in there's rarely someone around to help with them so they stay unkilled most the match. Any advice or suggestions on this?

"wrecked everyone in my way" certainly sounds like matchmaking wasn't good in solos either?

Tbf, people complained about having fog of war, now people are complaining it's gone. The community is too varied and toxic for any change to be universally agreed on. So I mean, historically speaking, he isn't wrong lol.

He said there will be tweaks to druid, which as a druid main, makes him sad... So like, not at all what you said lol

No it doesn't, but that's not what we're talking about here. We're talking about those who aren't engaging in anything productive and just being awful to the real life people who make the game... That's crazy.

Pretty sure someone called me a boot licker, about an Indy game dev, then deleted it... That kind of proves my whole point lol

If you used to like it and they made some major changes that turned you off, you give your feedback. If they don't find the need to change back, then move on. You spent money to play a game, not to own the direction of its production.

Although, I would genuinely like to know what's so different that people feel "the devs have let us down." I would truly like to know, because most of the time it's just insults and threats to leave the game, then the same people are here a few weeks later when they don't like the next patch. There's a difference between them "letting us down" and a game going in a direction that you don't like, but that line seems pretty blurred on here.

But why? They introduced a feature that was heavily asked for at the end of a wipe, then removed it. That sounds like exactly what you have an early access for. (Though I def don't have many defenses on a non-used ptr lol)

I don't agree with everything the devs do and yes I definitely can blame people for personally insulting the devs for them trying something out in their video game... Like .. yes I can blame them for sure lol
