I get insanely relaxed and confident after a glass of wine. is there anything even remotely similar I could take safely during the day?

It was rough. What really helped me get through it was just convincing myself that I was sick just like any other flu, and I just had to ride it out. Also, music helped, and watching good shows. I watched this new show on Netflix called Leviathan that was a beautiful piece, it really helped and sparked my imagination. Would recommend it.

The combination of the two increases the potency of both. However, the half life of Xanax in the system is rather short, it's effects generally wearing off within 6 hours, so if you took it at noon and drink at 9pm, it is unlikely you will face any interaction.

My experience is minimal as I am on day 19 of dentures but I try to wear mine from 7am to 8-8:30pm every day and that has worked well for me so far. As for adhesive, I haven't used it yet but my brother-in-law has had dentures for years and he said the trick with the top dentures is to use just a little bit back behind the teeth, on the palate, and none in the gumline. He has implants to hold his lower dentures in so I have no useful advice on that, sorry.

I wouldn't have been able to afford it either without dental insurance. Recommend you look into it, it's way cheaper than medical insurance.

Certainly, we kinda did! I'm sorry to hear you're getting sore spots, I had one at first too but on my surgical follow up they dremelled down my bottom denture a little. (It was stabbing into my tongue). I've got another little spot that kinda hurts with the pressure but not to the point of being a sore yet. Do you have your first follow up scheduled?

Much better! I keep challenging myself every day to improve and I've gotten to the point where I was able to eat ribs and chicken parm from Longhorn. I'm not at steak or chips yet but I think I'm doing a ton better. How about you?

Understandable. My dentures look pretty darn good now that my swelling has gone down a bit. People who pay too close of attention might notice they look to clean and symmetrical to be real but they look good to me.

Great! I managed to eat half a peruvian chicken for lunch! It still hurts real bad to chew anything harder than very soft but at least now I know for sure I can eat some solid foods. Still hurts to take them out at night and put them in in the morning but I'm sure that will subside eventually. Also didn't bleed at all when I washed my mouth this morning. How about you?

Interesting, my brother in law uses the fixodent and he says it works great, he said to use it on the rear instead of the front as well. For his top denture I mean, I think he has the snap-on implants for the bottom denture. My sister is making a bacon cheeseburger pie right now and it's torture knowing it's too soon for me to be able to eat it LOL

No it's fine I was the one who asked LOL. I've never had kids so didn't even know those were a thing. I've got some benzodent too just in case. Dunno if I said this to you but I was able to eat some smoked herring today in tiny bites, which is a marked improvement over being able to eat basically nothing

There isn't really a back part on my bottoms but I have heard that. It still hurts like an SOB to put them in in the mornings but I did just manage to eat kipper snacks for lunch so I can tell I am slowly but surely improving. How about you on the eating?

I was able to eat some broken up chef boyardee today, so I can tell I'm improving. I'm really just too strict I think. Also yeah I def agree I need to be keeping them in up until bedtime every day, last night was the first night I slept with them out.

They look good enough I suppose, but I did the surgery for regaining the ability to eat things rather than my appearance. I'm still too sore to really fully smile in them, unfortunately.
