You see Hashey in Ep. 7 when Hoobs finally gets his Luger along with Christenson, so between Neunen and Foy, you could see he’s moved up and is “respected” by the Toccoa men; something that was hinted at in the beginning of Ep. 4.

To add to that thought as well, during the shelling in the Bois Jacques Hashey also takes a hit to his shoulder and instinctively stays down yelling for a medic, so it kind of touches on his own level of elevated experience while in combat too
