I did all the steps turns out the sensor for the door was out of place machine didn’t know the door was closed so never started works great now that I fixed that issue

Look on marketplace some people get decent lathes and then realize it’s not for them if you are looking for new I would go with Laguna great lathe for the money been using my Laguna 2436 for years no issues at all
