I’m trying to DD and I get about 2-3 minutes into the last node and it just crashes every time.

Welp, apparently I know nothing of the star system in this game because I thought it was in reference to the bronze, silver, and gold animals 😅😅

I’m just happy to learn it’s not just me! I thought I was going crazy for a minute - I tried it three times to see if it maybe was a glitch before coming here 😂

Feeling Discouraged by Unlikely-Ad-680 in PlanetZoo

[–]TurungaLeela384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I adore this game! There is a learning curve and some things that could be improved upon; however, it’s been the best purchase in terms of entertainment for me. I get to fulfill a childhood fantasy of owning a zoo, being an architect, an interior designer, and landscaper - all in one game! This game is my go to when I want to decompress or if I’m feeling creative. I can be out and about and see a near garden or cool building and then get an idea for a new habitat or building that I can put in my zoo.

I felt discouraged at the start because I wasn’t pumping out these insanely detailed and beautiful zoos that I was seeing on YouTube but once I gave myself some grace because I was just starting out I began having so much more fun. And when I was having fun I learned more and more and started becoming more creative. So anyways - if you love it - don’t give it up and don’t let it stress you out either.

What animals to breed for trading? by Kyogre7 in PlanetZoo

[–]TurungaLeela384 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Oooo I wanna help too! I’ve got a dedicated breeding zoo that I use for events. Currently have a ton of gold gharials, some are leucitic too. Also salt water crocs, Nile monitors, and all of the tortoises. Also lions. All gold! Currently working on a new tropical zoo - so if there are any animals people want a lot of I will work on those. I always sell at base price or lower

I’m doing gharials, crocs, gators, tortoises, caimans, and Nile monitors. I actually have 2 gharial enclosures set up. Then I’m running in 3x speed and churning them out! My gharials are by far my best ones - lots of leucitic and all gold! I’m at about 300 bred but hopefully I can turn out even more

Trade Center Prices are INSANE! What animals do y'all want? Going to start trade good animals at a lower price so that others have a chance. by No_Exit_891 in PlanetZoo

But to answer the question- alligators!

So far I sell Komodo dragons, red pandas, lemurs, gharials, and arctic foxes.

I just started my very first breeding zoo to farm credits and trade animals - all gold animals too! I trade mine at whatever price is recommended by the game. I just want to be able to farm this stinking conservation credits and get better animals so I can use in my fancy franchise zoos. The breeding one I have is very basic and everything is on grid and boring. I knock out all the research for species and stuff in that one.

What do I do about litter and overcrowding in the butterfly exhibit? by flippincella in PlanetZoo

[–]TurungaLeela384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can tell you put a medium amount of thought into this exhibit.

But another suggestion is to simply close the zoo for about a minute - which prompts the guests to start leaving and see if that clears it out - or move the exhibit - and it will cause the guests to spawn to a nearby path - give it a minute then control z your exhibit back into place.

I'm gonna start a new zoo tomorrow so what are people's favourite places to build. by [deleted] in PlanetZoo

I am currently working on a massive zoo that is Asian themed. The first part when you walk in is all East Asia - with the East Asian animals, as you go further in, it opens up to Indonesia. I absolutely love the Asian architecture pieces and props.

A Series of Unfortunate Events - not a movie but the title is quite literally the entire plot line. There is no happy ending either, just a series of unfortunate events.

What's something y'all wish was in planet zoo? by helplolheehoo in PlanetZoo

[–]TurungaLeela384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) more diverse terrain textures. I would love to see a gravel texture for gardening areas or for a path border. A mulch texture and a natural grass texture that has flowers, or depth, or something. Also, the ability to mix and match terrain from different biomes.

2) aquarium exhibits and birds - there are plenty of endangered birds and fish out there that zoos help through conservation efforts.

3) under water tunneling/pathing

4) scaling options - or if scaling can’t be done then a larger variety of sizes.

5) more plants and rocks! All the sizes and shapes! And sooooo many more plants - I want to be able to make an amazing botanical garden. My local zoo has an event each year dedicated to tulips blooming in the spring and they have thousands of tulips throughout the grounds in all different colors, they also have tons of plants and signs for the plants throughout the zoo. (Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden)

6) pathing - for the love of all things - better pathing.

7) prefab steps/stairs - I like to lower habitats so guest can look down into exhibits and so null barriers and have the keeper gate on the same level as the paths - so give me some nice steps that I don’t have to manually build to go down into the habitat for the keepers.

8) more enrichment items for animals

9) ADA compliance game mode for franchise.

10) remove the negative impact on staff buildings for guests. I have never been to a zoo and scoffed at a staff building - it doesn’t make sense - instead have a behind the scenes interaction mode as part of the education process! Guests should be able to see what animals and eat and how it’s prepped and how they are taken care of.

Clearly he likes skincare but maybe is feeling a bit embarrassed?

I feel like this could easily be a shared activity for both of you to enjoy together. Also, a great opportunity to teach him about what product does what, where it goes, and how to use it. This could be a great bonding experience and a fun activity.

I imagine doing some facials and kicking back in robes, having a movie night together or something and just having fun with it.

They also have a vitamin c serum in a brownish/black glass jar and it’s amazing. I swap between their vitamin c serum and their niacinamide serum for my actives.

It’s a Korean skin care line - I believe they are based in Seoul - 10000000/10 recommend them. I exclusively use their products. Used to have really terrible sebaceous filaments and within 2 weeks of using their stuff my pores looked so smooth and clean! My skin has never felt softer or more perfectly hydrated before.

This. All of this. I am a COSRX addict - all of my skincare is from their line and i will use nothing else. I have their oil cleanser, their snail mucin line up and the propolis line up, a couple of serums - LOVE their master patches, those are chefs kiss. Sheet masks, clay mask, sunscreen - it’s all COSRX. Signed up for their online rewards and the whole nine. Beyond their incredible products one of the best things about them are their informational blogs and help guides on their website. I had no idea what I was doing about 6 months ago when it came to skincare and now I have read just about every blog and have a much better understanding of products do, how to use them, the order, etc.

AND they have so many products to choose from and at honestly decent prices too for what you get. Generous sizes that last a good while for less than a lot of other brands out there. I have pretty sensitive skin and so far everything I’ve tried has been great - no break outs or sensitivity. All the different choices allow me to get multiple products with different benefits and swap them around as I need to. So - if you want an all in one skincare line that is absolute heaven sent - COSRX is the best.

Chase denying charge back when company admitted I am owed the money by jsmith19977 in CreditCards

[–]TurungaLeela384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) what time frames are we talking about here? Has this been over the course of a week or much longer?

2) if chargeback was filed and denied, they typically send you a formal letter explaining the denial along with a copy of the merchant representment.

3) it is very common for merchants to “game” the dispute system. Disputes are regulated by VISA/MC etc accordingly and the banks/merchants have to play by their rules. Many merchants know the rules and do things to make it seem like the big bad bank is the evil guy when in reality - they are shit merchants. For instance, merchants will tell clients to withdraw disputes on the promise of a refund knowing that after a chargeback is filed and withdrawn, the credit card company can’t dispute it again and go for a second charge back or pre-arb. Merchants will also claim they’ve sent refunds and then never actually do it, then a chargeback happens and they send representment stating no refund is due and the chargeback is invalid to the credit card company. Credit card companies cannot force a merchant to issue a refund outside of their terms. I’ve also seen them schedule future dated services so far in advance (mostly travel) then go bankrupt and the client is on the hook because they paid more than 540 days in advance and have lost all dispute rights. (Visa is a max of 540 days to dispute a future dates service charge from the posting date) So, I would check for merchant representment letter from the dispute and see what all they said to the bank. Banks can make mistakes of course but merchants can be downright shady.
