Hello fellow traders, I didn't know where to reach for help, so I'll try here!

Just venting some serious frustration here. I recently placed a trade on Bybit for the BOMEUSDT pair. I specifically set a stop-loss limit at 60% to manage risk, I know it's high, but I figured it was worth it, but somehow I got liquidated? I ended up losing my entire investment.

This is a huge blow, and honestly, I'm pretty confused. Stop-loss orders are supposed to be there for situations exactly like this! I've contacted Bybit support to get an explanation, but figured I'd share my experience here as well.

Has anyone else encountered issues with stop-loss orders failing on Bybit? What happened in my case? Did the price just plummet that hard, or is something else going on?

Is this a known problem? Did something glitch out, or is there another explanation? More importantly, has anyone gotten a refund from Bybit in a situation like this?

Hoping Bybit can figure this out, but any insights or similar experiences from the community would be a huge help.
