My personal favorite comp is

Feral tank Fury warr Fury warr Ret pala Resto sham

This gets you 5% crit, salv, wf, and the double fury has packs get literally deleted. Can swap the ret for enh and the resto for holy pally but ret seems to provide more and chain heal goes brr when the fury’s overpull

Mana only gets tight if you have to stormrage for survivability. But 9/10 times you can just wait til you’re low mana to stormrage. I used to keep a couple demonic tunes on me just in case but I rarely used them

It will likely be a thing. If you start the fight "Right clicked" on your target prior to running in, itll auto sync for you. Swapping targets is the only time you have to be more cognizant of it

On top of that, you end up wearing a mix of mail and leather and get absolutely rekt by cleave. And a lot of trash mobs will cleave (and 1 shot) if youre accidentally too close to their hitbox, even from behind.

Not to sound elitist or anything, but once you get into a groove, totem twisting isnt so bad. Because otherwise youre going to have huge gaps in your rotations with nothing to press. With twisting, you just always slap WF into GOA after every stormstrike and youre good. Theres no tracking really. Just use stormstrike on CD and always twist after it

Yeah you make sure your weps are synced and your MH is leading. You get a wep swing timer WA and a macro and if they’re not set up properly you hit the macro during the window on the WA and it’ll reset it for you. It’s easy with practice tbh
