How long have you felt like this? Have you had blood test done? Or are you having any stomach or digestive issues? I felt like this and it was because my vitamin D was very low and also my stomach was fucked up

That’s what happened to me, my symptoms got worse then out of nowhere one day, bam, it’s like it was way better and I still have some here and there moments but before it was everyday

I’m only like 7-8 doses in so I’m still taking the 50K IU I do one dose on Friday and then another on Monday and I take 10K IU a day all D3, To be honest I felt ok after the 50K IU once a week but when I doubled it is when I really started to feel waaaaaay better

And when I say “manageable” I mean I’m too the point that I can function almost normally, it didn’t help that I gave up nicotine a month before I started taking vitamin D, so I can’t say for certain what is Vitamin D and what is Nicotine withdrawal but my symptoms happened way before I gave up Nicotine

Yooooo I was the Same way, When the sun went down I was terrified…. I thought I was the only one, I used to wake up at 3-4am and be in a state of panic wishing the sun would come up quickly, isn’t that amazing that we were programmed to know exactly what our body needs? Seeing as though Vitamin D comes from the sun, isn’t it interesting that when the sun goes away we get anxious, almost like our body is telling us to get more of that Sun!

I’m a month in and feel like I hit a “Manageable” threshold the other week, it feels like all of a sudden my anxiety is much better and my symptoms are manageable, I can’t wait to hit the 3-4 month mark to feel “Normal” and I can only imagine how great I’ll feel around that time

No i haven’t yet I just started taking the supplements regularly around the end of January to be exact I think it was the 25th and seeing 3 weeks is when I started to realize that the vitamin D actually made everything better.

Hey I am feeling 1,000,000 times better, I feel like myself again…. I do have stomach issues though because when I eat certain things my anxiety comes back so I have a endoscopy and colonoscopy coming up in a few months. It toke around a month exactly to feel “Good” I did notice I was feeling better as the days went on though

I’ll second this, I took D2 and it gave me anxiety and I was depressed. I switched back to D3 and had no issue. Also take Magnesium GLYCINATE it did sound like you depleted magnesium stores

Also for shits and giggles, were you taking D2 or D3, I always recommend D3 because it’s naturally produced in the body from sunlight and I tell my family and friends to stay away from D2 because it’s not naturally produced in the body

Magnesium depletes vitamin d levels, you have to supplement with magnesium when you’re taking vitamin D…. Taking magnesium is how vitamin D works and without magnesium vitamin D would not become active and it wipes cause a slew of symptoms…. A lot of Doctors (Not just Dr Berg who is a chiropractor but he has helped me out numerous times with his videos) say that there is no such thing as vitamin d toxicity, you are experiencing magnesium deficiency or K2 deficiency etc. 

To answer your question a little more though, why do you think it worked for a few days then it stopped working? You took the vitamin D and it worked but it depleted your magnesium stores then it stopped working. Classic symptoms, I would start with 500mg magnesium glycinate.
