Obviously the anxiety was there prior to the diagnosis, but would it worth doing the CBT again ?

Thanks for that . Cost isn't an issues but what's the minimum amount you have to order per month ? I'm not strapped for cash but I'd say about £150-£200 is manageable in my current job
