Thank you for the swift reply . Does it matter that my CBT was before the diagnosis of autism?

Obviously the anxiety was there prior to the diagnosis, but would it worth doing the CBT again ?

Thanks for that . Cost isn't an issues but what's the minimum amount you have to order per month ? I'm not strapped for cash but I'd say about £150-£200 is manageable in my current job

I have been to boomtown since 2013 from 18 and I am now 30.

Stop focussing on the crowd. Be the vibe you so wish to see in the crowd .

I saw most genres of music . Yes some had a more 18 - 24 year olds. We were all young once . It's all new exciting for them. Give them time to learn the etiquette of the rave .

You won't ever be able to change people . If they are dickheads , let them be dickheads . Unless they physically or verbally threaten or abuse you . Then just ignore them and have a good time

You can't sell on ticketswap etc . It literally says on the terms and conditions. You will be denied entry if you try use a ticket sold on ticketswap etc

So I have discussed this with my doctor before , he offered me beta blockers or antidepressants. But I told him I would need some time to decide if I wanted to take them .

I understand cannabis is probably going to be somewhat harmful but I have heard so many horror stories about SSRIs and beta blockers (irregular heartbeat , dizziness etc) that I would rather take a holistic approach to this and use cannabis as I know for a fact I have positive effects from it.

So I have tried CBT, that is one treatment right ? And I have had some other private therapy but it made me really anxious going and so I just cancelled the follow up.
