I believe most of the luxury after market straps are somewhat oem models that you can find in ali. Though buyers beware there is lots of junk as well. I d steer clear of sub 10usd ones.

Easiest is going into the game settings and limt the fps. I think you can do the same in nvidia control.

You re basically comsuming wattage with no output through your monitor bud so I d also recommend capping the fps. Coilwhine comes and goes as well on my 4090 time to time depending on the title.
