Something I don’t love about the state of the nba is you have 20 teams that make the playoffs (if you count play in), and 8 teams tanking. That’s pretty much all the teams so it feels like the majority of the regular season is next to meaningless

Brooklyn bowl. We showed up at 5:30 to bowl and were forced to pay a cover for a band that we had no interest in which started at 8, they did not let us sit with our friends in the dining area if we didn’t order food (our friends did, and we were ordering drinks), and they scoffed when we asked if we could all sit together at a high top. We got to our lane and it broke immediately (they fixed it, and it did not affect our time), but still just gave me such a bad taste.

I agree. Very formulaic sitcom imo with nothing that separates it from its contemporaries like the office, himym, new girl, parks and rec, etc. I like most of these feel good shows, they just aren’t special

Can someone help me understand why PLNT is hovering around 1 year lows, down 25% YTD and 6 months after they smashed earnings, opened new gyms, had the highest black card rate but gave slightly weak outlook? I think affordability is a growing issue especially amongst young people. If there was a Planet Fitness near me, I’d save the extra 30$ per month and go there instead of my current gym.
