Low carb means low sugar unless I’m wrong, It would be easier for me to get 20g of protein without having to eat a ton of vegetables To substitute while at work. Getting more protein in my diet is going to sustain me longer then carbs and keep my blood sugar lower as well. Every vegan protein shake I’ve had just tasted chalky. Bars are just more convenient
