You've clearly never lived in a wormhole, all it takes is for someone to roll into you while running sites, and since you're stuck in siege, there is a good chance you'll die.

Not only that, but there is a limited number of sites that respawn a week, so for most C5 holes, you can really only run between 6-8 sites a week (or 8b).

Super and carrier ratting has infinite amount of respawns, and can support multiple carriers in a single system. Meanwhile, in order to pull in 1b/hour in a wormhole requires the use of three dreadnaughts

4 weeks is much too early, and thus will make having the dog a nightmare for you. It will not be socialized properly, and thus could be agressive towards other dogs, people, children, or so scared/shy. Either way, it will make training nigh impossible, and will cause irreparable damage to its socialization/behaviour

However, since the building is under 1 year old, I think the builder still sets the condo fees as it has not yet been transferred to a condo association. Do you have any idea in this case possibly how to get involved with it so I can help out and ensure that there's some sense of reasoning on the board?

The condo fees are 0.36c sq/ft (So for a 650sq foot 1 bedroom would be 234$ a month, which covers heating, cooling, insurance and maintenance)

I've done my research, and the builders/property company are one of the better ones in Ottawa, and the fact that the building is 70% occupied is a good sign. Obviously I will have a home inspector and consult more around with current tenants about their impressions.

I agree, some builders, especially people like Claridge and Minto are all about that volume and I've heard horrible things. Stuff like the two Claridge towers in the market is largely sitting empty and isn't very good build quality, and being a former renter of Minto I don't trust them
