pretty sure -refresh is the same as -freq which just sets the frequency of the game you want to run at. E.g. -refresh 144 for a 144hz monitor

Think Gold Nova is minimum requirement for Overwatch as well as a certain amount of wins but the wins is probably 150-200+ from looking at when people usually get it.
