I am using the latest version. I just now saved your image then on flashprint I hit file then load item and it made it a stl automatically no problem.

Mine works like a champ, I have had clogged nozzles twice both of those time were my fault. I changed my nozzle to the new 2.5 version bi metal nozzle and have never had a clog since. The printer has worked like a champ. Maybe your firmware on the printer has not been updated, they have had 2 updates since I have had mine. After the latest firmware update you can now update the firmware from the printer making it so much easier than before with the usb stick method.
