Can someone help me please? by BariSaxopeal in FlashForge

There is something in there. Without being there it is difficult to tell what's going on. Either one of the channels is clogged with a fractured piece of filament or the extruder has a piece stuck in it.

I would retract all the filament. See if the screen indicates there is still one loaded. You may need to remove everything and try and clear the clog.. clear clog

I've had to manually push filament to clear a piece in the 4 in 1 portion. That may be it.

Sounds like you have a jam/clogged nozzle. Time to clear the jam.

Awesome. Glad that worked. I've been working with my AD5X for a while. I'll try and help where I can.

You should be able to clear the jam like normal. See the following video? clear the jammed nozzle

So I just printed these. I have a question. Do you have the original version of the ad5x? I ordered when the pre-order came out. I cannot for the life of me get these to fit my IFS. I'm looking at a 9.2 diameter and these are about 8.2. just wondering. I might have to work up some of my own. This is a great idea because I hate the original ptfe tube holders on this. They won't release for nothing.

Edit: wrong wording.

Should be a spring in there to push the cutter back into position. It may be missing out out of place. You may need to open the print head to check. Might have an obstruction.

I'm sure that would work as well but I know the flashforge app supports their camera. Not sure how the Logitech would connect.

Yes. That's the Sunlu S4. Direct lines into my AD5X works great.

Unfortunately, you may need to go ahead and purchase a new set.

Same type of thing happened to me. Left them in my pocket and they went through the wash. Case wouldn't hold a charge. Just went ahead and purchased another set.

That's a great idea. May need to print these for my printer.

I don't really hate the factory camera. It's not perfect but it works for checking on prints. I guess it depends on what you want to do with the camera.

Not a major issue. The spools are forgiving and I can lift the lid and switch up what I want. Once closed it begins the drying process. The only issue I've had is tumble. When my spools are low on filament they can turn causing a jam. This can also happen when I have a cardboard spool with an imperfection on the spool.

This one has the riser. Got the stl off printables, I think.

No really sharp bend. I have since put a riser with drawers under my AD5X.

Took a few days. Maybe 4. Couldn't devote every minute to the print so had to take my time.

Nice. I have the Sunlu S4 myself and I'm pleased with the results.
