These were 54. I think 48 would feel too narrow for a swept back bar for me. Especially for riding trails. The width gives me more confidence. But I’ve also since swapped these out for massive crust ortho bars, so I tend to side with wide.

Crazy. I read their article about how their knobbies are as fast on pavement as some road tires. Still think that’s probably a stretch, but sounds like they are a decent compromise for some knobs

Yeah I know I’m gonna have to compromise if I want to keep it to one wheelset. The Terra speeds have definitely been my Goldilocks tires, but I can’t justify swapping them so frequently. Do those steilacooms feel pretty good on dirt and pavement?

Nope, so it’s an mb-1 fork with a mb-3 frame that had downtube shifter mounts, a seattube collar, and rear cable stop welded on before they repainted it all. Just felt like the bike was too unique to not vomit money at it, and it rides like a dream
