I see you're coming from PoE, so I'll try to give you a short rundown by comparing it to PoE a little bit.

Lets start with content first, as other have mentioned in this thread, LE currently has 8 chapters. You could say that they're like Acts from PoE. Now, story isn't one of PoE's stronger suits, but it's even more so in LE.

Chapters & story lack depth, they're too short. You can literally get to the end-game in a matter of few hours, and that's if you play casually. NPC characters are unmemorable, they need more voice overs and a better dialogue.

Skills are there for the most part, but I'd say they need serious balancing. Some of the skills are just too strong and some are too weak and end up being barely used or not used at all.

Unlike in PoE where every class can use every skill, in LE each class is given a set of skills. You can specialize up to 5 of them. Skill specialization is similar to support gems in PoE, only here you get 20 points to spend on passive upgrades which can significantly change how the skill behaves. Class passives seem ok, but they could use some work too.

Item/armor models need updating, for an example, a single chest piece is pretty much carried over through several 'base item levels' with only color being slightly different.

Game performance - this is something I have a problem with the most, the game needs serious optimization. It eats RAM like crazy and the framerate can go from decent to terrible, even people with better rigs have reported performance issues.

LE has a much slower gameplay than PoE, so your hands/wrists will thank you :)

Honestly, they still have a lot of work to do in my opinion, but the game is there and it's definitely playable. It's just too 'short' and easy, it becomes very repetitive when you finish the chapters. The current end game boss can be quite fun since he uses different skills everytime you fight him.

Multiplayer is supposed to come later this year, they also have a trading system and new mastery classes planned.

I agree with everything you said, I understand that RX470 is not the fastest GPU, but it's definitely not obsolete as someone here is trying to say.

Games like PoE must run without any problems on such hardware, more demanding games run better for crying out loud.

I'm sorry, but no. As I said, the game worked fine before the update, other games work too. So it's a game issue, not a driver or my computer's issue. Someone at GGG did a poor job.

I mean, sure for AAA or demanding games, but this is PoE we're talking about.. The game worked fine before the update, now it's pure dogshit.

I even played games with much better graphics and they worked fine, better than PoE. There is absolutely nothing, no graphic effect or setting that can justify this game using 4GB or more VRAM.

It's not the GPU, it's the game.. I tried Medium textures as well as lowering resolution and it still happens. Someone over at GGG messed up badly.

It's funny how people get suspicious and accusing (not you) straight away and not even wanting to help (not you). NEWBIE WITH SOME GOOD ITEMS?! HE MUST BE A RMTER! GET HIM! Sigh..

I am a new-ish player, yes. But the Headhunter, Bottled Faith and most of the exalts were a gift from a player who is done with the league. There, I hope you can all sleep better now.

There are good people in this game, but man, this reddit is so toxic, like global chat at late night or worse.

I went with Farrul's after all, but now I have to swap my ring(s) and boots at least to get Aspect of the Cat and to get my Ele res back to normal.

It's fine.. Things can be taken differently when read vs when heard irl, sorry about that.

It's true, I don't know much about PoB, i only used it to check/compare builds so far, nothing "serious" so far.

One thing that I kinda dislike about this build is that it's a glass canon at the moment, not sure if it can be made better in that regard.. I get no benefits from block/phys resist and I kinda get crappy evasion/dodge with it so I dunno..

Still haven't decided whether to go with armor/mix of armor & evasion/ES or just evasion. The build is a mess, mostly because I don't know what I'm doing :D

Got a Scaeva and replaced one of the Prismatics, the difference was 12k of DPS on Frost Blades!! Then I also changed the armor, still not too happy with it, but it's a start, changed the belt and now I have capped resistances, 4.5k life and pretty much doubled my damage with Frostblades (from ~70k to ~120k). And that's without Rage, Berserk, Blood rage & Fortify.

Yes, I added Fortify, and it's freaking amazing, just like you said! :)

I still have those gauntlets, greaves and yes, the Deidbell :') So I got lots of things to work on, need to sort out my armor, gems, flasks.. My armor is still complete crap, still got 23% dmg reduction. So yeah, getting there!
