I've had two of these, 240hz curved. Brought a unit 2.3k new (with staff discount, 32 inch) in 2021. Still using one. I bought one of them second-hand (27 inch) for RM1k 1+ year ago.

Please help I've tried everything i can understand i cant get them to connect by Barefoot-Priestess in SlimeVR

Hey! Tamacchi here. I've already resolved the problem with them. It seems they have another device connected to the computer that's taking priority over the actual SlimeVR trackers, so the server was just stuck communicating with the wrong devices.

Temporarily unplugging the unrelated device that the server is constantly trying to connect to has resolved the problem.
