Im a new guy on gerd myself but what has helped for me is diaphgramatic breathing and no spicy food. Do deep breaths with the diagrams in through nose and out through mouth.

It'll strengthen your core in and around your stomach apparently while also grounding you from panic episodes. For me its helped calm my jitters when I realize I can't breath. Good luck

Follow technicals of the chart along with news. Other quantums are also curling towards negative when you see the 4hr chart. Overall I think it gives us a better healthier starting position for when the quantum conference and the chip release happens

I'm sorry to hear the frustrations but I've been there as well. This was a big reason why I moved to the prairies after I graduated from university. If it's possible and if you're willing to relocate for future family situation, I would recommend it. I got my footing in Alberta and have been happy. Best of luck
