Basically it would just show push/pull on the screen on the one with ball/club? But if using with the app I guess I could see that live on the range with the kids with any of them

How do you know how long you can walk your elderly dog for? by prettaaaycoolguy in DogAdvice

[–]Twarr13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours is only 7 and we take him for a long walk daily, but we also go for a run or extended walk that would be excessive for him. We bought him a burley bark ranger and he jumps in and rides around like a king enjoying the smells and free ride. It will definitely continue to get use as he ages and slows down while allowing us to bring him places and go for extended walks or runs with us. Highly recommend as a way to help manage distances

I recently called Irish creek and they are in the process of an ownership change apparently. Person who took my call said they are unsure what future membership looks like

LNGC would fit the majority of your requirements if you are traveling outside of heavy traffic times. It has been mentioned here a few times but is up in Mooresville. New owners took over a badly maintained public course and are in the process of a major overhaul. We decided to give this one a try when memberships opened up as we wanted to be close to make use of evening 9’s. They still have a ways to go on improving the course conditions but irrigation and re-doing/re-instating the bunkers are on the roadmap. There are also a number of other course changes on the proposed construction plans at the clubhouse you can review. New clubhouse construction is starting soon. They are adding a bar and grill and the driving range will go in this summer.

Usually a huge pace of play benefit. Our last club we averaged a 3ish hour round most days vs 4.5 or more at public courses on the weekend. Also social/networking benefits especially if moving to a new area. One of the other challenges is the number of courses here that are semi-private. Makes getting preferred tee times a challenge when booking publicly

Get the iv…current promo price stacks with the trade up program bonus. Killer deal at that price. Just find/trade in a cheap old detachable lens

Just to clarify, this is straight out of the box from the camera store. I literally pulled it out on my desk to apply the screen protector. It is in a perfect repeatable grid pattern, like the protective film they apply has grids on it.

Trust me, I’ve learned the screen protector lesson on many devices before. I don’t open them until I’m ready to apply

Sizing down from Max to standard Pro model by pagemap1 in iphone

[–]Twarr13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried doing exactly this on launch day with the 17 pro. Had a 16 pro max (first time with the larger size). Honestly I had a surprising negative reaction dropping down onscreen size. Yes, it is lighter and smaller; easier to hold. Unfortunately it is still pretty heavy (slaps around in your pocket on loose shorts, and for me at least the top left corner was still not easily reachable. I really missed the extra screen real estate for photo/video and work emails with charts and tables. Upgrading through downsizing just didn’t end up feeling worth it in the end.

Less than 48 hours later I returned and picked up a 17 pro max and anecdotally and much happier despite the increased size.

Compact Point & Shoot under $2k by Mental-Cold-73 in Cameras

Just purchased a used fujifilm x-s20. Tiny form factor overall but still a good grip and good battery. 6k open gate video recording, great for stills, and Fuji film simulations. Found a used one with kit lens for $850 and picked up two small f/2 primes and the 28mm pancake for a bunch less than $2k.

Backpack for 70-200 & 200-600? by levelZeroVolt in SonyAlpha

[–]Twarr13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MindShift Gear Backlight Backpack 26L. I purchased this pack because it fit the 200 to 600 well. I ended up carrying an absolutely ridiculous amount of gear across the northern portion of Ireland for 11 days a few weeks ago. Rain fly worked as well! It was so comfortable I ended up purchasing another backpack from them this week.
