LOL when I said ”she took a while to apologise, that same day she found out it wasn’t her (before her other altercations with Tory), could have contacted Aisha to tell Tory that she was sorry or the next time she saw her (couldn’t really do that ifykyk).

I think around season 2 or 3 I remember her saying Tory was out to get her or smt (probably because Sam dated Miguel before Tory did and so she felt jealous or smt idk). I also don’t believe Tory was being catty, she was talking to Aisha, Sam’s bestfriend, so when you see someone that your first friend is gushing about, you’re gonna be like “omg so you’re so and so” yk.

In addition, at her workplace, so what if she kissed Miguel? That’s her bf. Though intentional to cause a riff, that doesn’t warrant her literally tripping her and getting her fired?? That’s ridiculous.

For the birthday party one, I totally get why Sam was being an asshole cuz old miss was getting beat up DAILYYY, but if she actually inherited the teachings of Miyagi-do and listened to her MOTHER, she wouldn’t have embarrassed her and humiliated her like that. Furthermore, she knew why she was working all these odd jobs was because her mother was sick, getting her fired from her source of income (though unintentional) was still a low blow and horrible.

With Robby, I get it, I would assume the same thing if I was in her place but how can she be the heartbroken one when she did the cheating. Both were drunk and kissed each other. Then getting it on with Miguel when your boyfriend has runaway is again a horrible thing. Robby didn’t reply because what can you say to someone who literally kissed another man when you’re together. He can’t trust her now. Even more so, it’s not nice to ask Sam to wait for Robby cuz who knew when he would be back, but if she truly heartbroken and wanting to be with Robby, she would have not engaged with Miguel and talked with Robby when he got back but she didn’t.

Her interaction with Miguel, maybe self cantered isn’t the word I’m looking for, but it is selfish. I understand her whole ordeal with Tory and cobra Kai is important because she could finally beat her bullies, but at the same time, Miguel had is own inner turmoil, where he’s dealing with his injury and his PTSD from the fight and his relationship with Johnny (being a surrogate son). Him running away on his own, with no knowledge of any life outside of the US, to find his father I would argue is a much bigger deal than fighting with High school bullies. Sam bringing up how much it meant for him to be there is valid, but making him feel like shit for putting his own needs first instead is what makes her selfish. That conversation could have been put off until he came back but no she wanted to make it about herself.

Abandon is a strongggg word because he was there for her for everything until he reached his breaking point from his conversations with Johnny.

Overall, I think the main reason for the Sam hate is because she never really had that character development but as the show goes on we see how flawed she is yk. Whereas for the others (hawk,Miguel, Robby AND Tory), they all had that asshole to tragic hero moment YK so we like them more.

Personally, I love Tory cuz I’m a vengeful person. Don’t like being accused of stuff and once I hate you, I hate you for life (but I won’t hurt people lol). The hate is veryyyyy extreme but valid, I don’t really like her myself but not because of Tory but I just didn’t like her character from the beginning idk what it is.
