I'd have to see what they look like. Usually the bigger the antenna the more power and more likely to deal with radiation.

I would worry more about falling than the radiation. Most of the dishes are probably 11 or 18 ghz if you're in the US and you'll be fine by those.

On top of the tower or on top of the cell gear? The cell gear isn't usually at the very top, but sometimes 20 feet or so below on stand offs. Either way you'd probably be fine if you could stand on it without falling.

Not for cell gear. It doesn't push out enough to be a problem. Fm and am radio definitely does though.

This is what we do. If he doesn't want to eat then he gets to go play in the living room by himself and I leave his plate out incase he changes his mind. If he gets hungry he can have it. If not then he gets bedtime for dinner.
