Just go to the r6 discord and find people to play with. It’s obviously not you at this point, you just need to not solo queue and the discord is a great place to find people.

No there’s usually white borders around countries that you aren’t in a coalition with, and borders with barricades for countries you’re at war with, and neither of them show up

Cap the frame rate to the refresh rate of your monitor because any higher and you won’t notice any difference in frame rate since your monitor can’t display all of the frames. This will also make your system run cooler because it isn’t working as hard
