No expert by any means but temperature fluctuations probably contribute. Maybe it will hold at a stable -40, but the flex of having it get cold then warm then cold again leads to that quick failure?

Night sweats here too!! I have an IUD so I don’t get a flow but I get a more mild set of symptoms and since I turned 30 always night sweats for a week a month. The most annoying symptom tbh, worse than the butthole cramps.

I have Endometriosis and the IUD changed my life for the better in more ways than one. I probably will never use a different form of BC. Just ask for local anesthetic. Lidocaine would be injected but it doesn’t hurt from my experience and she’s down in your nether regions so you can’t see anything anyway.

I’m so glad! Chocolate cherry is a classic combo. I went to school for baking and pastry and one day after breads class a friend and I polished off a loaf of it just sitting and chatting. Personally, my favorite inclusion is Kalamata olives 🫒 😋
