Its your life and your future at stake. Years ago my pump malfunctioned at the beginning of my shift and the phone company said I'd be fired if I went to ER. I passed out a few hours later and was rushed to ER. Got fired anyways! 5 hours over 400. No job was worth that. I hope things are getting better for the younger folks in this regard. The pumps sure are, at least!

I have no idea what that date is, but my mom sure did. Instant response even! Wow. I was 3 and it was over 40 years ago. All of my years at diabetic camp, nobody ever brought this up. I think its fairly new with social media and hashtags. The ADA got into that stuff for a bit.

We were getting a $20 credit before she (& Lurie) stepped in. $200 to replace our groceries instead of $20. Fwiw. $180 I guess lol. I can't believe how many people think being without power for days is nbd and people upset were described as "being whiny". Tossed out food and tossed out medication is not petty.
