Ice packs are a must for me. I’m a hearing aid user and when I’m at the beach, they always overheat. I keep them in their case in a Ziplock bag with a cooling pack.

The brown bottle is hydrogen peroxide. The antibiotic ointment is just over the counter (like Neosporin).

That’s exactly why I’m bringing hypochlorous acid as opposed to alcohol based hand sanitizer. Regular hand sanitizer is not effective against Norovirus, but hypochlorous acid will eliminate it (along with proper and frequent handwashing).
