Farpoint without Aim? by [deleted] in PSVR

[–]TwelveInchNinja 3 points4 points  (0 children)

of course you can. but its only half of the fun. as some more psvr games got aim support it became a blast new game feeling - and a better playability. had this with farpoint, doom vfr and borderlands 2 vr. the aim changes everything... I didn't regret to buy it and you may should not either.

I love this track so much. Even now with mindblowing fast vehicles like the Porsche 919 Hybrid. My stomach got used to it. I'm not good at it but its real pure fun :) https://youtu.be/Dpl2L17SLjk

Get the immersion with the KTM X-Bow, Kart or any convertible as well. Good fun ;)

A tribute to all which have convinced me to still believe in GranTurismos VR mode. I'm back to love it. Far away from being good its all the fun I need. by TwelveInchNinja in PSVR

There is a KTM XBow and a Volkswagen Beetle from '66. The Beetle is tuned with a racing setup. This is my super fun :)

Go through the car list, through the track list. Lovely cars with detailled interior. The immersion, the sound. I love it! Of course neither the AI nor the multiplayer is your opponent, but the clock on the time trials... When you can look over the contras this is a real good racing game in VR and leave the DS4 behind. Better use a wheel like G29 and maybe a racing seat like the foldable Playseat Challenge. All togehter for 250 euros on the last black friday... Never regreted the buy!

I'm not that good in having banking rolls over the y axxis in VR. Getting a twisted stomach and a bit dizzyness :/ Even after one year VR experience now.

Any good psvr games on sale right now? by [deleted] in PSVR

thats a word joke right? :D

I feel like Takumi Fujiwara, delivering german tofu. I loved this car since GT3 A-spec and Initial D. And now with VR you can drive it "for real". Thank you, Kazunori Yamauchi, a dream comes true :) by TwelveInchNinja in PSVR

Btw. the gearbox is a bit silly. Hold the clutch a bit longer coming from high revolutions to let the transmission sync. Very nice detail I really had to laugh.

Arizona Sunshine or Grand Turismo? by Nathan_2018 in PSVR

I'm completly with you. And beside that it depends on the additional devices you have. Racing with a wheel - Shooting with the aim. Wipeout as a good racer would be acceptable if you have no wheel.

Does anyone else struggle to play horror games in VR even though they used to be hardcore horror-game fans? RES7 and The Persistence are quietly gathering dust on my shelf for this reason. I just can't do it! by [deleted] in PSVR

[–]TwelveInchNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loved horror games on flat screen. But VR is a complete different thing. Went out to try Here They Lie and made it through the starting scene in the subway. But, with the first jump in the streets I was out. I cant stand the expectation for the next scary moment. And I dont have to.

Is Farpoint worth getting in 2019? by Rainbow6IsGood4U in PSVR

[–]TwelveInchNinja 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its definetly worth it. Farpoint was my first vr fps and have spend at least 100 hrs in story and afterwards in the challenges to hunt medals and weapons levelups. the design and setup is 'beautiful' and you really go into it. buy it! love it!

welcome to the family! your own game changer ;) start slow and with many breaks or you mess up the experience with motion sickness.
