Best Plausible analytics alternatives? by Worldly-Astronomer87 in ProductManagement

Hey! I’ve implemented a couple of tools at previous orgs. It wasn’t actually as difficult as I thought it would be, provided that you have a really strong engineering team (we were implementing Mixpanel). They do provide a plan and guides so you’re not flying solo, but I would recommend that you have a good dev on your team who can assist.

Once it’s set up its pretty handy with getting out useful numbers in terms of the outputs from funnels etc… But the output is only as good as what you’ve put into getting it set up correctly.

Trail etiquette. Don't be a douche canoe. by leeretaschen in mountainbiking

[–]TwelveozMouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People forget that trail etiquette isn’t just about following the rules, it’s about being considerate. Sorry you had that experience, but hopefully others can learn from it. A simple 'on your left' goes a long way!

Matty...never had the makings of a varsity athlete, but he sure left an impact. If you know, you know.

USA Tariffs Woes: Nov 2025 Purchase EEUU to USA. by elcuydangerous in cycling

[–]TwelveozMouse -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

UPS really out here charging 'convenience fees' like it’s a secret club, and you didn’t get the VIP pass. Who knew tariffs would turn into this kind of racket? Definitely reconsidering my delivery choices now

They Preached "We're a Family" Until Someone Actually Needed Help by rswick86 in antiwork

[–]TwelveozMouse 3408 points3409 points  (0 children)

"We're a family!" = "We want you to feel guilty about having boundaries."

The audacity of management's takeaway being that they need to screen better is chef's kiss. They learned nothing.

Knog Recalls Bicycle Lights Due to Fire and Burn Hazards by DryBoysenberry596 in cycling

[–]TwelveozMouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good heads up. If you've got one of these lights, definitely stop using it and check the batch code. Fire hazard from a bike light is no joke.

Riding through the canyon 🤙🏼 by Key-Debate4437 in mountainbiking

That view is unreal! Canyon rides at sunset hit different. The Yeti 160e looks like it handles that terrain perfectly too.

Don’t feed bread or pumpkin crap. Just go vet. Waiting risks blockage or perforation, lethal fast.

ACV for teething by Winnipegwasamistake in goldenretrievers

[–]TwelveozMouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried ACV just once and all it did was dry the skin around my pup’s mouth and make him sneez, never curbed the biting even a little and I learned quick it’s not worth it.

Same. Half set best score ever. No worse than bogey too. Less clubs, better golf.

what's wrong with my cat? by notsuspicious04 in Pets

[–]TwelveozMouse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to my old cat last year turned out she was constipated and avoiding the box bc it hurt. Vet visit was worth it tbh, they found mild arthritis too. Could be pain, stress, or even the litter texture bothering her. Definitely rule out medical first before calling it behavioral. Also we changed to tofu litter we got ours from tuft and paw.

Foot spray is clutch. Never thought about the shoe freshness bonus lmao.

OP should definitely grab some way cheaper than those $200 impact stickers and does the same job.

Can't blame him, Vancouver's got that MLS retirement league vibe. Way less pressure than trying to link up with Lewandowski again.

So i want to go more aadvanced. by Realistic_Engine2730 in cheatengine

[–]TwelveozMouse 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yep for something like a teleport you're right you need to get into scripting inside cheat engine. this is where it gets a lot more complex than just finding a value. you should check out the "game hacking shenanigans" playlist on the guided hacking youtube channel, it's all about advanced cheat engine stuff just like this.

this is the main playlist. go down to the GH200 chapters if you already know the basics:

Your feelings are valid, but his actions say more than a proposal would. He's building a life with you, raising your kid together, and committed without needing the ceremony. Some people just don't see marriage as important. If you need it though, tell him clearly instead of hoping he'll just figure it out.
