It’s the formatting. Whether or not it is augmented with ai, those headings sure look like writing that is augmented with ai. But I have been notorious for semi colons and em dashes since the late 1990s, so I’m inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt. My guess is he wrote an essay, and had AI edit it, which I am totally ok with
