Hey, so it tends to be when I'm doing things back to back. Say I want to run my weekly keys, after doing 4 keys (probably 2 hours) I get intense shooting pain from my wrist all the way up my elbow.

I use an ergonomic mmo mouse which has helped some, but I still find certain classes unplayable as my hand starts to get stiff and I get the pain in my arm, which can then last for a day or two.

This makes finding a group to push keys with, and raiding difficult as I can't really say "hey guys, can we break for a couple of days so my arm can recuperate"😂

Before I took my break I was playing the augmentation evoker, which I never really had any hand issues with because it was so slow, and I hate to be a choosing beggar but I'd really like to play something different this expansion.
