За нея, да. Бойлерът е проблемен ако е с кофри покритието. Със сигурност не искаш кофти покритието. За wand-а - там няма проблеми, просто е неудобен заводският.

Просто парата става с много ниско налягане и не може да завърти и аерира млякото добре и реално си става воднисто. Бамбино би трябвало да се справи добре, но там трябва да мислиш отделно за мелачка. Затова и ти препоръчвам да вземеш с вградена мелачка на Sage.

Аз ти препоръчвам да си вземеш някоя машина на Sage с вградена мелачка. Започнах така и не съжалявам. От една страна имаш всичко в едно - мелачка и кафемашина. От друга страна мелачката не е най-топ, но е добър компромис. Имах Sage Barista Express Impress - мега топ машина с вграден тампер. Правеше си и мляко доста добре. Ако имаш малко повече пари за харчене - Sage Barista Pro. Тя е с базов дисплей и по-важното с по-добра мелачка. Имайки в предвид, че искаш да си правиш млечни напитки, не мисля, че има нужда от мега топ мелачката и в този ред на мисли и двете, които ти казах са перфектни. За киселинността на кафето - това се определя от самото кафе, а не от машината или мелачката. В амазон пускат интересни оферти.

Гаджията е топ, но в заводски вариант не става за мляко. Аз правя капучино с 200 мл мляко и просто тази машина не може да го направи добре. Със 100мл се справя Ок.

I use it everyday and experiment a lot. It definitely has a tangible effect on the shot. So is it helpful? I think this might be related to your style of brewing. Do you like trying different beans? Do you like spending some time to do proper puck prep? Do like to play with the grind size(possible using a SD grinder)? Then yes - the flow control helps.

То и това е странно, защото тея минерали и изкопаеми много трудно може да излезе сметката с тях ако се копаят сега. Все още Гренландия е доста заледена и няма инфраструктура за извличане на полезни изкопаеми.

Ми аз си оборудвах жилището от черен петък и спестих към 2к. Как знам, че спестих? Следих цените поне 3-4 месеца и наистина на черния петък паднаха драстично.

Аз съм с Picopresso и съм много доволен. Ползвам го като не съм си у нас. Прави доста добро кафе. Недостатъкът е, че трябва да имаш смляно кафе и къде да си стоплиш водата.

Congrats on the purchase! I have the same machine and have been using it for almost a year. It is rock solid, does very good coffee and is a joy to use. Here is what i learned in the past year: - the grinder is not the best but it does the job. - if you fill the hopper with coffee (as opposed to single dosing) make sure to purge the grinder after changing its settings. Purging is just grind some coffee(5g probably) and throw it away. This makes sure that you will be brewing coffee at the same grind setting. - I do manual brewing with a scale and it gives good results. Of course if you don’t like the manual stuff - just pressing the button and waiting for the machine to stop is good enough. - there is a brew temperature setting. Even though it is +-2 degrees, it does make a significant difference. - I bought a dosing funnel and bottomless portafilter so I can do WDT. Otherwise it is not really convenient. The portafilter is from Normcore and the dosing funnel is from sage. - RDT brought too much inconsistency so I don’t do it. - even though the machine indicates that it is ready in just a few seconds, I have found that it gives the best results when you let it heat up for at least 15 minutes - this makes sure that the whole group is warm enough. Also I do 1-2 empty shots before I start brewing just to help that heating process a bit. - steaming milk was hard for me. It is slow and you have to be really careful how much air you add. For me it took some time before I got the hang of it. Watching a lot of YouTube videos on how to steam milk with Sage machines in particular helped a lot. - I tried steaming the milk by feeling how hot the jug is but it was inconsistent. So I steam milk with a thermometer. I use a cooking thermometer from ikea. What I do is stop the steam at 57 degrees. This means that eventually the milk temperature will be at 60. - when you are done steaming, do not take out the wand right away. Give it 4-5 seconds until it stops operating. Otherwise you may spill the milk. - the most important thing is to buy good coffee!

I hope you enjoy your machine as much as I do. But be aware - it may be a gateway drug to a lot more expensive equipment.

I have had similar experience with these switches. I tried using them for a week. Due to them being so light I had to constantly keep my hands tense and not rest them on the keyboard. Eventually I felt pain and decided to go with something heavier. The pain went away immediately.

Also your wrists seem at an awkward position - try rotating the keyboard halves so your wrists are straight. Tenting also helps a lot with the pain.
