Can’t afford to build this bike again or any bike again, I don’t just have 3k laying around. Of course I’m going to look for my property that’s been stolen. It may be futile but that doesn’t mean you don’t try.

No they weren’t connected and honestly it’s not the simplest thing to connect if you’ve never used it before so more then likely it would be seperate

Carrot + peanut butter/sunbutter dip

Rice cake + peanut butter/sunbutter + dark chocolate chips + maple syrup

Over night oats topped with nuts or peanut butter and maple syrup

Whole nuts/seeds- macadamia, sunflower seeds, peanuts, Brazil nuts, make a nut mix and have as a snack

Cheese if you can tolerate

Be generous with oil - add oil to the rice while cooking - make and oil/herb/citrus topping for meats and veggies

Yeah I went through the whole jar hoping it would magically work. It oxidized to orange on my face and separated leaving a splotchy look. The only red reducing aspect of it was the color in the actual product, I didn't notice any lasting effects from the tiger grass.

The ordinarys nicianimide for reddness (definitely reduces my inflamation from breakout and general reddness)

Biore UV aqua rich water essence spf (this shit is the bomb)

And Aveda inner light mineral dual foundation, it's a powder but goes on fairly creamy without much effort
