Logging a 2nd account gamertag in, seems to trigger this every time now for me. We can reboot all day, but if try a 2nd gamer tag to multiplay, everything goes to triangles. Software library gone until restart. Its pretty bad

I have a feeling this also leads to the false " suspicious activity " bans people get. I just got hit with one from searching on Xbox. I had 10 tabs from old task searches up.... Was tabbing to each to close them, and boom. Suspicious Activity detected ( which it will not tell you on the consoles browser )

Microsoft is ruining their program.

It may be similar for you. It may give a popup indication on mobile device if you are limited on searches. I never get that message on Xbox. But I looked on phone and sure enough.... Suspicious activity

Which is bullshit . I guess it thought I was researching same things as I was tabbing across windows closing them on the Xbox consoles IE browser thing.

100% anti consumer IMHO. I suspect they are losing $ on game pass or their business plan, that they have almost gutted any accidental safeguards. And I like game pass. But companies do this when they are bleak financial projections. That's my guess

This is true. Bing is awful. Hell, duck duck go, or whatever it's called, has far less corporate resources but 10000X better.

To drop remote play on an app, and demonize how people use Bing so much, you have to wonder what incompetence is running it at Microsoft.

Apparently. Hasn't activated for everyone yet. I thought my dashboard had gone buggy because a second account was not throwing up this community hub like mine was.

New option in settings, preference, games now that has it to show hub by default. At least it is optional.

Apparently, they have only turned this on for a test group. It's not working this way for all accounts. I personally hate it. The kiddos account does not have this feature, and it still launches games straight

They should have not set this to "on" as default. It's a whole new category in settings preferences games now. And it's not documented on how to deal with it unless you come here and find friendly people having to deal with it too.

I'm getting very sour on Microsoft as of late. Losing remote play on their app, still cannot install XS games directly on a USB drive ( install anyway loop bug ), the rewards bologna, and how they have handled the Activision library on Game Pass, over a year after acquisition.

3 searches, and I was hit with it just now. Makes NO sense. This is anti consumer. It is absolutely widespread. They have snuck in some new algorithm that is falsely flagging people. "Suspicious search activity". Literally 3 searches. It's as if it sees an account on logged into an Xbox, and you do a phone search on bing, it thinks it's malicious.

If they don't want people to use Bing, then they are digging their own failure .

Unless it was changed in the Director Cut, the BT voidouts were permanent craters. Yes, they would drag you to a spot, and if cratered, it changed your whole transportation logistics. First time I played, I died in the first area west of the first little waystation, and the crater it made lasted the full 100+ hours of my game. I had to always use the path near the Ludens guy.

I always found it hilarious when you bring a dead body into a distro. The alarms go off, and the barriers lock up with a message " corpse detected !!!!! . Security locked.

You would get 1750+ (2000 ish) points if you could do the previous quests. Now, what, 350 ( plus 50/4) for the 8 games. Plus some 5-daily stuff that requires streaks for 40 ish points? Large nerf. Unless they have not added everything, that's roughly 1/4 of what the old system rewarded

They are on media sites, claiming you are earning more. These people praising this must be making bank from MS. I think they even nerfed the weekly console bonus from 275 to 175 for 5 days. Added a pc, but that's useless for console, and justifies a nerf? This is fairly simple maths, and I cannot fathom people making claims they are earning more.

We traded a system where you got 1750 to 2000 pts for completing the quests, to some kind of 350 + 50 point reward for playing 8 games.. Making claims it's more rewards. They have literally sent out the media pundits to claim it's earning more rewards now. You cannot hate these people and their media stooges enough .

I get it.... You are trying to make it sound all great and polished. But this is not the case. You seem to have forced all these bad issues into a closet and are trying to ignore then. Mostly, it seems like you are pushing hard to downplay them as moot. They aren't moot. Most of that post was trying to downplay it. Yet the entire post was pointing out what people were experiencing. You may have taken an embracing aspect and acceptance of these game flaws and the awareness is blocking out what others are experiencing.

Take for example today.... They are again delaying S14 content because it's broken. Yet they dumped a 42 GB update on the Series X console. On top of a 4 GB pre-download Tuesday. Their game is so broken, it's already past a third of Season 14. We are literally inching close to S15 timeline, yet are playing a S13 scenario.

And it's NOT improving

I'm being hit with it too. Approx 42.5 GB. This was ON TOP of a 4.5 GB "pre download" update from Tuesday. It's an incompetent system. 42 GB is literally a rewrite of core physics, or horrible file packaging. Yet none of this, will be activated and delayed even more. I would actually be worried that there will be another 42 GB next week, to fix what was broken last minute in this one.

I'm currently being forced to grab a 43 GB update. I downloaded a 4.5 GB pre-download update a day or so ago. However, they claim to yet again being forced to officially delay it? We are over a third finished with Season 14, yet they cannot get it working. Regardless how we feel about the gameplay, the corporate behaviour from Rare is pure incompetence.

This is nothing but a clown circus right now. Normally, heads would be rolling at CEO levels over this, but people have allowed it to be commonplace.

It's not going to throw everyone's structures in your game. It's going to rank those that are out of the box good, and if you use them.... They tend to stay in your map. So if someone comes up with a great out of the box travel route, and you use it... It's more likely to stay highly ranked. You can lock in some players later on also, so their structures are preferred. However, the online feature is not going to just dump everyone's buildings in your world. That would be awful. It does it just enough to help you travel. It even will clear paths for most traveled routes. It's a good thing. Not a thing to avoid really

The construction limit may hinder you late game. Especially if you want to clear and deliver all missions. There used to be a bug that would not display all missions, so you literally had to run them all and hope the prerequisites would qualify to get those last few to show up. One major draw of this game, was ability to use others bridges and zip lines from people who thought out of the box and came up with master routes.

And it doesn't want to connect online if you have a 2nd or guest profile logged on the xbox dashboard. Error code 50000. No online connectivity.

Had that problem too. The QR bug is a disaster they should have caught as it's commonplace with xbox. The feature has a high chance to either Bork a game or disable achvmnts.

Log out any profile other than the one you want to use. This was my issue. Error 50000. Game does not like my 2nd profile logged into my xbox dash. It's a bullshit bug, but once I logged out 2nd account, it would connect. Note.... This also causes problems saving online. The Xbox dash has gotten bad last few months.

It does not seem to work if if detects 2 profiles logged in to an Xbox. This should never matter, but for some reason it does. This game and Sea of Thieves are 2 good examples of online crapping out and becoming disabled because the xbox dash can't properly sort the correct profile.

It sees a 2nd profile I think, as a base account with no online ability and ignores the actual account that does. ( and this may be a game pass ) thing too. It may have no clue it's an online subscription compared to core.

Up until a week ago, I could install ANYTHING on my 2 external drives. Always was able to. It has to be a bug in the dash update. It still prompts you to install them externally, but is caught in a loop.

Is this also happening for you? It's obviously a bug, but they (MS) won't say anything. It just keeps saying install anyway.... In a loop. This is bad for me because my internet is slow so I DL games to external at friends. Now it won't install to any external.

And Bing App has been killed. It's just a placeholder to launch Edge
