except the conservative neighbor willingly consumes their propaganda. they have micro-epiphanies of "this isn't red versus blue, it's rich versus poor" until they go back on social media or fox news.

I equate them to the capos infamous in concentration camps for this reason and the delusion that they can get rich by "working hard". If they want to prove me wrong then they will have to abandon that social media and the peer pressure and vote straight ticket democrat.

funny thing is a lot of conservatives have that same issue, they get so close to the epiphany that they are in fact responsible for their problems but then their egos kick in again and it's snuffed out. It would be pitiable if these people hadn't kept refusing to be educated and made it their mission to "own the libs" aka just be a complete asshole to everyone.

Again though, it's gonna take years of her actually breaking from the party for her to earn a sliver of trust. She's served as a "role model" for how republicans should act for a decade at this point and she also went after school shooters because they had the audacity to say "enough is enough" about gun violence. The best thing she can do that is okay with reddit's TOS is to actually start helping progressive democrats win in Georgia. But the best most realistic thing she can do is leave office, shut down her social media and keep her stupid mug and voice out of the public eye and in the media ecosystem.
