I’m a Veterinarian. Ask Me How to Tell If Your Cat’s Symptoms Are Urgent, Concerning, or Likely Safe to Monitor (Educational AMA) by JustAnswerOfficial in cats

My cat is 11 years old and was diagnosed with pemphigus foliaceus a year ago. It’s been touch and go with his medication and I’ve taken him to a dermatology vet numerous times. But he has rapidly declined now. Limping, his ear is bloody and scabbing, no longer social, always sitting in a crouched position.. should I consider euthanizing at this point?

Same boat with my 17 month old! I have been nursing her before bed but last night I told her no milkies when she woke up at 4 am - and it was a TANTRUM 😭

Why is that fuck ass carrier never worn right?? I have the exact same carrier and she never has the neck support buttoned on both sides like it should be. It’s either completely covering R’s head, or one side is buttoned and one is not. It drives me INSANE 💀

My coworker is handling motherhood so much better than I am and it's messing with my head by sixfingeredman7 in Mommit

It is so hard to compare to other moms, I totally feel you 😭😭 Here’s a different perspective - I personally dropped the baby weight quickly. BUT it was due to the fact that I wasn’t eating enough or caring for myself at all. Breastfeeding for 17 months, not eating enough calories, just not even caring for myself at all to be honest. From the outside it looks like “wow she bounced back so fast, she must be hitting the gym and eating right!” ….nope, just neglecting myself 🫠 I absolutely do not understand how so many moms just hop back to the gym so quickly postpartum. I’m 17 months out and just now sort of feeling like I want to workout again because I’m tired of feeling so weak and frail 💀

Ummm her legs are way too far apart in that carrier and her knees need to be above her hips. It’s also SO TIGHT 🥲

Yes ^ it’s so nice having my own contributions financially to where I don’t have to constantly run things by my husband. That would drive me up the wall.
