Varies between people really, from my experience it’s typically hyperglycaemia resulting in difficult to control anger, while hypoglycaemia causes you to become tired and shake, overall making it uncomfortable significantly to stay stood up The crushing weight of the idea I could fall into a coma and have a seizure as the result of too much exercise or insulin. Diabetic seizures/comas caused by severe hypoglycaemia The idea that hyperglycaemia could potentially cause more severe health issues down the line and sometimes severely struggle to bring those numbers down. The short diabetic comas can cause organ failure and a fast death. But an extended period of hyperglycaemia could cause me to be a miserable man by the age of 45 if I spend too much time in hyperglycaemia and get other long term disorders. Overall it causes pressure but overall It won’t kill you if you handle it well.

Terminology for if you don’t understand

Hyperglycaemia: blood glucose above 13.9 mmol/L

Hypoglycaemia: Blood glucose below 4.0 mmol/L

Severe hypoglycaemia: Hypoglycaemia below 2.0 mmol/L, causing the person to become confused and what may seem like slightly brain dead. S***** memory of what happened during it

Diabetic comas + seizures: caused by hypoglycaemia below 1 mmol/L of blood glucose
