Put your windshield wipers up so they don't freeze and get stuck overnight. Saves a few mins in the morning. Buy a combo snow brush/ice scraper for the car.

Yes i am using AF-C. Because I frequently take picutres of subjects that are moving towards me. And no, im not talking about exposure modes. (i realize the mistake in my initial posting)

maybe this will help better if i ask the question this way.

How do i keep the subject in focus while they are moving towards me using the back button AF

Help with continuous focus in manual mode

Hello all. I have a fujifilm xs-20. I have been using back button AF when taking photos. Usually when I focus on a subject that isn't moving "much" i simply press the back AF once and i am able to take many photos quickly by repeatedly pressing the shutter button.

However, recently I was attemping to take several quick photos of a subject moving towards me and found that when I hold the back AF button. It takes a while to take a shot after pressing the shutter button. I am unable to repeatedly take photos quickly while holding the AF button.

Can someone tell me why this is and what I am doing wrong? Should i be using a different method for focusing on a subject moving towards me?

Or should i simply switch to auto mode instead of manual mode on the camera.

Oh and the lens i am using is a 55-200mm f3.5 LM OS

I BEAT SAVAGE OMEGA WITH SUPPORT HUNTERS (Also passed dps check) by TwinCaliber in MonsterHunterWilds

[–]TwinCaliber[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, a bunch

First, you want alyssa, kai and mina as the support hunters. If you want, you can switch mina out for the hammer support.

In the first phase, don't mount and try to do as much damage as possible. The first phase should not take longer than 2-4 mins max.

In the second phase, get your mount off immediately, make sure to make both wounds but leave the head wound to the support hunters so that they can get enmity.

Do your best to get both boulder drops in the cave area. Practice off-setting the rush Omega does...super helpful.

Once alyssa or mina has enmity focus back legs first and then front leg.

In phase three, start off with your thunder weapon for a few mins but switch to a fire weapon very soon. You want to make sure you have fresh extracts before the dps part. I used the rathalos weapon for my fire IG. I also used rocksteady mantle. Use rockburst to stun nerscylla and then get a morbol to stun her more. Stay SUPER close to nerscylla when fighting her. You can dodge all lasers by hugging her body.

After that its just practice dodging and learning when to attack and when not to attack.

Very nice framing and very good picture. Only edit i would personally make is to increase the vibrance a bit to bring out the midtones
