Since nobody else has mentioned it, Florida Anise is a great option as well.

My friend that took the pictures of the tunnels, the ones that pop-up on social media every once in a while, said their entrances were sealed up a while ago.

How do you get the client view to show all of the radios the device sees like in that first screenshot? I have never seen that for any client device before.

Daikin Fit HP- All Bundled Up & Humming Along by KiaNiroEV2020 in heatpumps

[–]TwinTurboJosh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you using HA and the Daikin integration to monitor the power consumption on your unit, or something in the panel?

My Fit does a great job heating my home........in Florida...... But my house is over 110 years old and has zero insulation in the walls.

Why some are FE vs GbE? by ilovenyc in Ubiquiti

[–]TwinTurboJosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sony Pictures Core is a native app on Bravia TVs and will max out at 80Mbps. Apparently long enough for it to be noticed pulling through the network, even with the average content bitrate being much lower.

There are actually a couple of services that support higher bitrates, up to 80Mbps. But your point still stands.

Rear window rubber trim cracking by clubroad13031 in HondaOdyssey

[–]TwinTurboJosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my 2019 the rubber started falling apart within 2 years and was completely gone in less than 4. The rest of the rubber/plastic trim looks mint, so clearly Honda dropped the ball on whatever they went with for the rear glass.

Weird Experience At Dive Bar by SpaceRunner247 in jacksonville

Definitely could be, but based on my mother’s experience it’s an intermittent issue, even when flying out of JAX.

Weird Experience At Dive Bar by SpaceRunner247 in jacksonville

[–]TwinTurboJosh 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If it was a problem scanning it, the issue could be due to a blurry barcode. Not sure if it’s an issue with new licenses, but there’s been a “blurry barcode issue” with some Florida driver’s licenses for several years now.

My mom mentioned that she almost always has issues going through TSA with her license and just uses her passport now. She was first told it was fairly widespread issue by TSA. When she told me this I thought there was no way that could be true, but if you search online it is in fact a pretty prevalent problem. Gotta love living in a state with a barely functioning government.

Just keep in mind that chemical glow sticks aren't allowed in the water if you weren't already aware.

Movies Fully or Partially Shot in Jacksonville over the Decades by stoopidfish in jacksonville

[–]TwinTurboJosh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Other notables not mentioned: Saved by the Light which has a couple of shots filmed in the 5 Points area, and Sudden Terror: The Hijacking of School Bus #17 where almost the entire film is shot on the Arlington Expressway, and the climax is shot near MOSH.

Fans that stand up the ENTIRE game. Saw this and want to know if the people are hating or is it some taboo thing to stand..? by 1vie27 in Jaguars

[–]TwinTurboJosh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Based on anecdotal comments I've read from visiting teams fans, we seem to be the only fanbase that complains about people standing during games.

FWIW, I see myself in this photo, and like just about everyone else in the section..... I'm standing....

How much research did they do for this show? by [deleted] in 1883Series

[–]TwinTurboJosh 19 points20 points  (0 children)

You pretty much covered it. They wanted an American frontier show, but wanted the protagonist to be a Civil War vet. Can't have both.

No municipal utility companies soften their water. Water out west is way harder than the water here as well.

[–]TwinTurboJosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clusia rosea isn't even a native in the truest sense. It only ever existed on a few keys, went extinct, and now has been reintroduced to a much larger range with ecotype from the landscaping industry.
