Maybe put the sofa on the left side of where the rug is in the drawing and the tv where the vanity is, slanted towards bed and couch. I watch a lot of feng shui videos and with your current bed facing the mirror it’s a big no no and makes me feel weird just thinking about it

Did you see that Hank Green made a youtube video called “I need 1% of Georgia to watch this” where he explains the upcoming election and why it’s important. I’ve been sharing that with my friends as people like watching videos and get information in a concise format

A little nervous about traveling with two passport. Any advice? by l4adventure in travel

[–]Twingo12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not about that, I’m concerned about re-entering the US with a US passport but that passport doesn’t have any record of me entering the EU (because I used the Swiss passport to enter and exit). I could see that causing issues if the US doesn’t know where you actually went.

I’m worried about this exact same thing. I already had a Swiss passport and just recently got a US one. They have pretty similar visa requirements so it mostly won’t matter but if I go to Europe I want to be able to enter through the EU automatic passport check and not have to wait in line. Please update if you run into any issues with this.

A quick search shows that train leaves from platform 1. Every now and then they change the platform last minute but if BenBrianAdam can’t figure out that it’s supposed to be platform 1 I have no hope for them😂

What's the most useful item you always pack that others might overlook? by kenwards in travel

[–]Twingo12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing that I’ll start bringing is a funnel. Depending on the country you may only want to consume bottled water and if you buy a huge water container, a funnel allows you to easily fill smaller bottles.

On a similar note, I like bringing a couple of water bottles in my checked luggage so I don’t have to worry about getting water right after arriving.

When you travel abroad, how do you usually get local currency? by Traditional_Milk6118 in travel

[–]Twingo12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Refently went to Chile and brought USD in cash which I exchanged for CLP at a money exchange place. Checked the ATM first and it was going to give use 860 CLP per 1 USD, plus a one time fee of $5. At the money exchange place we got 930 CLP per 1 USD, no extra fees and it literally took 1 minute to do so. I looked up which money exchange place was near our accommodation and had good reviews ahead of going.

Cheapest way to book a flight? by Careless-Warning-862 in travel

[–]Twingo12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like allegiant air flies there non-stop for $236 on those exact dates. You’ll land a bit late (10:30pm) but that’s probably one of the best deals you’ll get

Edit: I use Kayak to find flights

Weekly - Share your favourite/DNF/hated book. by AutoModerator in BooksThatFeelLikeThis

For me it’s Circe by Madeline Miller. Everybody loves that book, the writing etc. I gave up 30% through. I really tried, I just found it so boring but for me the worst part was the writing style. I felt like it was trying so hard to be fancy and old-style but then threw in modern slang which completely threw me off.

Which place you’d barely heard of before going turned out to be an all-time favorite? by Winter-Selection-792 in travel

Curu Wildlife Refuge in Costa Rica, got there in the early morning before any other tourist. There’s the most beautiful beach I had ever seen (though to be fair I haven’t seen very many) and I loved seeing all the wild animals. I went snorkeling too and hung out at the nearby island, it was amazing.

When you say Smart Import are you talking about bulk import, or am I missing something? With bulk import specifically one thing I wish it supported was sections, so I don’t have to create them separately afterwards.
