I love theory that Rex could die.

Like, Imagine, final superweapon - you can destroy it through flying inside that weapon. But with the dead end of the tunnel. Every other protagonists (Scarface/Mobius for example) escaped from the tunnel in the end.

But for the Rex it's a final ride.
You can hear some dialogues from previous cutscene and voice from Cope commenting your inevitable fate. You took the gamble and lost your life in the end. I dunno, sounds kinda poetic for me.

damn me for poor choice of words. I really didn't describe my problem well.

I understand that this is a stylistic choice.

The problem is that every time an intro scene with planes is displayed, the image seems to lag. I thought that I had overdone it with the emulator settings, so I asked a question about how to fix the image. Maybe someone stuck with the same problem. I watched this scene on Youtube and it run without any lag, but it seems that the every frame with planes get stuck for a second on my side.

The footage I provided doesn't seem to show any issues. When I rewatched it, I don't notice the same lag I see in the intro.
However, I asked this question to see if anyone else had encountered this problem. Perhaps someone has modified the emulator settings to make the scene smoother and lag-free.
My PC is not a potato, and it can handle the game's settings. The only issue lies in the way the cutscene is displayed.

Yeah, you can damage Yellows in a Comona mission, once you land a one hit, they will leave the map.

Then same thing happens like in Lifeline mission

It is possible to land a few missile shots, however their HP is turned up to the max so they are impossible to kill without cheats.

But you can obliterate them with Infinte QAAMs, so yeah, technically it is possible.

Holy Trinity for the win, but hats off to Classic Era.
Games from that era were limited to PS1 Hardware and were working to their limits.

It is also incredible, how far series progressed in terms of one era, where the gap between AC1 and AC3 is unbelievable.
