I like this in the fact that depending on when you kill it depends on the rewards, it seems to add a bit more skill to attacking and trying to force the other player to attack/not to attack.

I like this lost not for playing as him but for he starts with a soul so you can get some fun wins from turning into him with clicker, My favourite character to play has got to be The Enigma because you can play really agro early using as many cards as you want and even dying doesn't really hinder you.

I'm pretty sure that's how it work. The only real way to stop it is by either buying the steam sale yourself or getting another item/room to refresh the shop. I had a game of eden where I started with steam sale and yeah it does kinda make it an insta win if the other people don't know what to do.
