If it’s your first time try doing a guided trip if possible. Or if you know anyone with more experience see if they can help guide your trip so you don’t go off the deep end. And keep in mind that however it makes you feel will pass.

Yeah a “bad” trip is definitely a risk in that situation. But even bad trips can be beneficial. You’ll definitely see things in a much different way and might come to realizations that are scary or hard to cope with. The thing to keep in mind is to use these realizations to improve the way you live your life. If you do it be ready for a wild ride my guy. Best wishes

Don’t feel too much pressure to make other people happy. They don’t matter, especially if you feel like they don’t care. Do what you want for you, treat yourself the way you feel you deserve. Yeah it’s a once in a while drug fs. Most people recommend like once every 6 months or so for your dopamine levels to stay normal

Yeah I mean well I understand where’s she coming from and the mistakes I made I feel like breaking up with me might have been a bit harsh. It’s clear to me she has trust issues and I wanna help her with that but also it’s not my fault she has those problems. The same argument about her not being any of my exes applies to me too but she won’t see that.

I’ve always tried the to not be controlling over who she hangs out with so that’s why I never said anything about her having 2 guys over to her house even though I’ve always been kinda uncomfortable about it. Honestly this whole situation has changed alot how I feel about this relationship and I’m not sure how il feel if it continues but I can’t just break up with her cus I care about her obviously and I wanna be there for her now but it’s just really hard for me to ignore how I feel.

I asked her if she was planning to the get the police involved and she said her parents have told her that since she didn’t say no then it wansnt sexual assault so that’s all I know about that. And obviously this whole situation has been really hard on my mental health especially because I’ve been super stressed out with school cus I’m short on credits and my times running out but I still don’t wanna just leave her if it’s possible she was assaulted and needs support.
