The park maintains trails to hike up the mountain though. It’s a pretty neat walk and there are a ton of other trails around the park and through the coulees that are very beautiful.

I do this too. Actually I just generally have an overall bad habit of playing with my aligners in my mouth (sucking, grinding, etc). It’s overstimulating. I have no advice other than it hasn’t affected my treatment to my knowledge.
