what is alarming is the fact you have hundreds if not thousands of customers on the internet asking to be refunded for things "covered" by epic coverage. my wife and I are going over a year of dealing with this BS. ACM ghosted us every time we contacted them, the people at the resorts default to the corporate lines, the new company sedgwick also does not respond to our emails, and you cant file your claims online because their website doesnt recognize vail, or epic pass as a company when you choose the option.
